Let's embrace our weekend warrior! These hikes are nice way to devote a little time to enjoying our beloved mountains amongst a great group of people. Get ourselves and our pups outside. Low commitment, set dates so you don't have to scramble to find time. Hikes aren't stuffy and we’re not going to sprint up to Baldy. All ability levels welcome and we’ll hike as far as the group desires. Anyone and everyone is invited. More the merrier.
1-hour sessions Monday, Wednesday, Friday every month. These sessions will train full body and include a mix of strength and conditioning. First class free, $25 to drop-in or pay monthly.
